Withdrawal & Dismissal

Application for the withdrawal should be submitted in writing to the Principal by the parent at least one month before the date of withdrawal. One month’s notice of the withdrawal is required.

Transfer certificates, or any other certificates will be issued only if all school dues have been paid and library books and school items taken on loan have been returned.

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or behaviour in defiance of authority, malpractice in connection with examinations, lack of sufficient improvement in conduct and studies even after warnings or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.

A student who fails more than once in the same class shall be removed from the rolls. The decision of the Principal shall be final in this matter.
